KIVA - Lost Farm Brand Launch Video

Kiva confections wanted to create a highly stylized video that would convey their company’s “vibe.”

The Client

KIVA Confections creates cannabis infused chocolate products and is one of the most recognized medical cannabis companies in California. The company was born out of a need for an edible product that was potent, consistent, and enjoyable to consume. Today, their award-winning chocolates, mints, and gummies are the most trusted, recommended, and sought after on the market.

The Objective

KIVA wanted to craft a video imitating the state of mind their products help their clients achieve. It had to set a tone for the launch of "Lost Farm,” their new line of products, and tell the story of the brand through interesting visuals and fantastic narration.

Our Approach

Every PatAnimation video starts from a strong concept and storyboard. We often say that “if the boards are good, the video is good.” That's why we spend extra time on research and experimentation, trying several different artistic directions and testing these approaches with the client. Finally, after a couple of weeks of development, we finalized the video’s style:

With client approval, we got to work, and the storyboards came to life with vibrant full colors inspired by the Lost Farm line of products.

The Result

KIVA's audience on Instagram loved the video. It promoted organic interactions, boosted ROI’s, and generated the hype needed for the product’s launch.
